New here to the boards. I had the pleasure of working with Frank Cox in Moore, OK with OBR for a few days and he told me about this place. My name is Jason and I live west of Fort Worth.
Always been a BBQ'r (grilling) and I have only been "smoking" for a few years now. I am finally perfecting most of my cooks (brisket is still not exactly where I want it) and I am getting ready to build my first trailer smoker. I have been using an Old Country back yard smoker forever.
Anyways, I plan to hopefully try a couple of comps this year and get rolling. My team/company name is Up In Smoke. I had no idea how popular that name was until my daughter googled it one time. So, looks like I will have to come up with something else.
