Hi all. I have had a great time looking over this site and simply had to join. I love seeing all the custom builds. I have been smoking all different kinds of meat for about 15 years and started making my own sausage and bacon a couple years ago. Just recently I have ventured in to smoking things like hard boiled eggs, stuffed jalapenos, different kinds of nuts. I hope to make a few friends and learn more about different techniques that everyone uses. Keep it low and slow.
