Hello, my name is Brent. I am from Texas and I am I love cooking. I recently put a project on hold because I came across a steal for a large smoker that is complete. I still plan on building my first smoker, but now I have a large one so I can take my time.
I have a Large BGE, 55gallon drum grill, and 350gal RF smoker on a 10'x 5' trailer. My project is a 250gal propane tank on a small trailer...wait and see I guess. I am sure I will have lots of questions.
