hey thanks fore making another place for us to get together and talk about the things we love.
my names kevin 44 yr old longisland native ,family man wife and 4 boys . we all love smoked meats and bbq . well wife did till an episode of bizzare foods where zimmerman went rodent crazy....hehe she hasnt eaten meat from that point was kinda disturbing at first but uim over it now more for us :-) . i need to build a new a few new monster smoker/griles for my backyard ,anybody close to my area lend a hand in sharing knowledge . well anybody at all .
