Hey Y'all.

We purchased some smoker designs awhile back and are just now getting around to producing them. I was hoping to find a "materials list" for the Oil Tank Rotisserie firebox left design. I'll poke around and see if I can spot it here, but if you can point me in the right direction I'd sure appreciate it.

Thank you for the welcome. If you're coming to Memphis I'd recommend The Bar-B-Q Shop off Madison. Great ribs! and they offer a wide variety of styles. Central BBQ is great also. The cornish game hen at Cozy Corner is probably the best you'll have anywhere. Heads up though. When they say "Hot Sauce" they mean HOT Sauce.

Sorry I have not seen much on roto's on here. I think there are some spigot roto's. As far as multiple shelves I have not seen any... which besides a large trailer cooker which I am currently building a roto w/ multiple shelves/racks is something I am very interested in one day.

Good Luck!

That design was my first smoker. My firebox is on the right but that's just a matter of positioning. I opted out of the rotisserie when I first built it. During the last few months with little building going on I have often thought of acquiring a motor and set up to add the rotisserie to it. But don't have a big need for it. It would be fun however to build something with a rotating elevator and shelves to accommodate the food inside. Probably more for the visual then actual practical use on my behalf. It would add a "wow" factor for the conventional bystander but then I would need to add glass doors. (ha-ha-ha)

Yeah, the plans are pretty vague on the whole rotisserie build for the Oil Tank Smoker. Luckily our team has some talented engineers that have access to 3D renderings. We're going to make some changes to the plates as well. How does the oval design smoke for y'all?

I'm just used to seeing a roto w/ shelves having FB on the to the lower backside rear of CC.
If you do your BP I do not see why that wouldn't work. Your still getting smoke/heat.
