I wanted to introduce myself hi I'm Michael. I've been reading the forum for years but never have joined but I feat like better late than never lol. I've built a couple of smokers before including Frank's 30"x60" Hybrid and found so many of my answers here on the forum. I have a GF double pan planned for my next project and plan on trying to actually contribute this time!

Haha very true Czar. Here are a few pics. The UDS pic is the first smoker I ever built (with help from posts on here) and the 30"×60" pictured is my adaptation of the hybrid plans with one solid door so I can do whole hog if I ever get brave enough to try it. And lastly a pic of the first cook on the stick burner after getting it seasoned. ImageImageImage
