I built an RF using a calculator/advice from a BBQ forum. While it cooks food I am less than satisfied. Planning on another build, have a truck load of questions.
Grew up in Jersey. Moved to AZ with the now Ex. Met a wonderful lady...Got married...got "removed" from my employment with the USPS. Now retired, living in Eastern Washington.
Looking forward to being educated here. Right now the majority of my cooking is done on one of a few Big Green Eggs. But I love the smell of cooking on logs...I enjoy tending the fire...

Welcome and looking forward to a new build. Sometimes learning a new pit has challenges but that is the fun of BBQ. When you master your pit people wonder how you do it so well.
