hello from SW PA

Post by wvuarmyeng » July 11th, 2017, 3:55 pm

hello from sw Pennsylvania

I work in the gas industry and love to hunt fish butcher and cook in whatever extra time I have. I did some time in the army engineers so yea I learned to be a scrounger from some of the best.

ill get some pictures posted of my build last winter that we use when we process deer for our crew and a few friends. I currently use a smoke daddy pellet unit on it but I think its a tad under powered for the size. I am looking to go to the 5000 watt blower unit they use on the 100 lbs sausage smoker. I am also in the process of getting pipe to build a decent reverse flow smoker for ribs chicken and butts

cant wait to get to know more of yall

GO PENGUINS!

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
