That is an awesome little cooker you got there just wondering if u have an ez way of getting the ash out of you ash catcher couldn't realy tell from the pics. look forward to seeing how it cooks
my plan for emptying the ash catcher is to cut out a 4x4" square... weld a 4x4x2" piece to ash box and make a lid that bolts holding it all together..
i got an idea in my head haha
That thing is starting to look really cool! I like it. Keep the base wide to make it safe….
And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy.
Current smokers: Egor (trailered RF) and Easybake (tabletop pellet drive)
I like it too! I was wondering if you are going to add a single tab above the other tabs in the rear of the CC to hold the shelves so they can't tip? It would only need one in the center, then you could just slide it in and not have to worry if it is balanced or not. Your doing great!
Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........

Great looking grub!
Nice smoke ring too!
The pics seam to make it look top heavy - does it seam stable? …cause I'm concerned about it getting knocked over… broader base possibly?

as for the base those legs are 1x1" solid and the stand/base is 1/2" or so and rather heavy... i was planning on welding up some plate to each leg to help widen the stance out but as of now things are rather solid....
