Hello from Illinois
Hello from Illinois. I'm new to smokin but been grillin for many years. I am the designated griller at our family functions. I enjoy cooking & eating, especially BBQ. Since my first brisket sandwich (dry & coleslaw on top) I've tried/enjoyed much BBQ. I ended up buying an electric smoker as my first but have always been a DIY guy. I think I may build my own some day, hence my registering here. Take care, Paul
