We tried doing something a little different and made the door a roll-top style. Probably would have worked better if everyone would not have just pulled it open, but you'll have that.
The current smoker is a reverse flow that we made out of a 250 gallon fuel oil drum. This is version 2.5

Instead of using a chain or belt drive, we geared it from motor to spit-rod. We ended up about 1.5 to 2 rpm.
