Hello everyone!
I currently reside in Indiana and am getting started on my first offical smoker build. Was introduced to smoking back in 2008 and became hooked pretty quickly. I am currently smoking on a modified cheap offset charbroil but want something bigger as I have aspirations of competing in the future. Just bought a 250 gallon tank yesterday so now the planning begins! I have been cruising the posts and have found a number of great resources so far. Thanks for posting!! I will post pictures as the build progresses.
