Hello everybody

Post by S'Parker Up » July 16th, 2013, 4:23 pm

I joined this forum about a year ago and then life got too busy. So now that I have a little time on my hands I can get back to my own little world and build that reverse flow that I have wanted for so long. I have two water heater tanks that I am looking to make a trailer mounted reverse flow out of. A 120 gal for the cooking chamber and a 40 gal for the fire box. I'm going to talk to and order plans from smoker builder at the end of the week. I've seen so many great suggestions on this site My head is spinning and I need to talk to a pro. I have been cooking on a cheapo offset for 10 years now and it's in rough shape. I will try to post pic's of what I am starting with and the progress along the way. I look forward to all the help you people here can obviously provide.

Definitely talk to Frank, he will get you set up!

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
