I'm from L.A (Lower Alabama) and a diesel mechanic by trade. I've never had a custom built smoker but I think it's time to build one. I have been looking around the forum for a couple of days and it looks like there are quite a few professional builders on here so I'm hoping I can figure out the do's and don't s before I start building my cooker.
