I have been working on building my first trailered smoker. I started off with a propane tank and torch and some gonads... It's coming along nice and I'll be ready for smoking in a few weeks. Just in time for spring! I've done my fair share of cooking but now it's time to take it up a notch! I'm looking at some of the post here and I'm finding some great info! Thanks! I'm interested in learning different tips and this like a great place to start.
