Hello from southern wv

Hello all, my name is toby I live in southern wv. I've been cooking an grilling all my life . My aunt gave me an brinkman offsett a few mnths ago. Is was never used maybe one time an that was to grill in, I took it ,done a lot of reading an lookin . Done a few modifications to it charcoal basket , tunning plates , sealed the door better, put 2 thermometers on it . Done my first smoke a couple mnths ago an I'm hooked , I've smoked chicken, ribs , brisket , turkey , even a meatloaf they all turned out good, since then I have built a double uds, am in the works of building a bigger offsett On a trailer, an got the stuf to build a hog cooker after that .
