Seriously, I am a Medic in Northern New York and work for a city ambulance service. I am also known at work as "Chef Sherlock" due to the fact that I cook for all the special occasions and events and I smoke a pipe (only legal stuff). I have suffered for years with a COS but am currently changing that with a custom build. I also love to work on cars (especially my 1968 Porsche 911S). I have worked in kitchens under professional chefs and studied culinary arts and the science of cooking on the side.
