They're not hot at all. Depends how well you clean the Japs. If you remove all the seeds and membrane, they taste like a glorified green bell pepper. Swing by Labor Day weekend. Probably Sunday. Bring the better half and whoever else is hungry. I'll be smoking some sort of dead animals and I'll do a batch of them as well.
