I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for all the things I have already learned from browsing the site and forums here. My name is Peter and I live in Denmark, a small country in the Northern part of Europe. I am currently contemplating building a RF smoker, so I have opened a thread about that elsewere.
I have been grilling all my life and started smoking 4-5 years ago. I am the team captain of a competitive team called Taunting Tailgaters. It is a 4 man team and we are all very much into American Football, so we decided on a tailgating theme even though tailgating is non-existing in Denmark. Our first competition was last year, where we finished in the middle of the pack at the Danish Championships.
I am 43 years old, live in a small town called Sonderborg with my wife and two kids and I love all things BBQ, whisky and NFL
I look forward to spending a lot of time here and learning a lot. Hopefully, I can also help others along the way.

my missus is German so she calls the Dutch cheeseheads, I guess it's cause they make all that cheese, & I think Germans just don't like the Dutch, lol.
