Hello,
My name is Stephen and I have been a BBQ enthusiast for 49 years. Built a few pits and am starting a gravity feed off of plans my wife got me for my birthday from smoker builder. Been nosing around for a few days, finally decided to introduce myself.

I look forward to all that is to be learned here.
Steve

Look at the smokerbuilder plans for the double pan gravity feed. but basically 50"H x 43"W x 30"D.

i got all the firebox and chute metal back today from being plasma cut. i expect all the sheet metal back end of the week. it is really nice to have a friend with a CNC Plasma.

i need to start a thread to document this journey.
