Glad to be here and wanted to introduce myself.
My (real) name is Nathan and I recently moved to Texas and landed a job in the booming multibillion dollar barbecue industry.
My reason for joining is that I am interested in building my own pit and expanding the types of items I am cooking beyond what I do at the workplace. I hope to learn a lot and also be of assistance where I can.
