Hello all,
My name is Sean and I am engineer from Saskatchewan Canada and I have been smoking using a old Traeger Bull Smoker. Besides being in rough shape and my wife hates it I have always planned on salvaging the parts from it to build myself a new cabinet pellet smoker. I found this forum looking for design ideas and wanting to ask a few questions since I noticed some of the quality projects similar to what I want to do. I hoping to finish my design shortly and then start sacrificing the bull.
