First time trailer smoker builder here ready to learn

Post by p3ripperfw » December 18th, 2016, 3:58 pm

Hey guys just bought a 24"x84" empty propane tank to build into a reverse flow trailer pit. First time building a smoker but not new to metal fab. Looking forward to sharing the build with yall and soaking up the great advice. I found the forum after watching Franks video on cleaning out tanks prior to cutting.

:welcome: That should make a good one. Be sure you checkout the pit calculator before you get started.

Thanks guys! I've been checking the calculators and trying to review threads with similar size units to see what's working. There's tons of good info on here.
