Short intro

Post by pit man » January 5th, 2017, 8:36 pm

I'm called "the pit man" around my area. I started building pits about 10 years ago. Almost everything I build uses reverse heat technology, though I've seen other ways to achieve the goal, mine works for me quiet well. I also fab direct heat pits along with fire pits and fish/crawfish cookers. I have fabed a lots of cooking items for local caters also.
I'm sure that I will enjoy seeing some of the designs here, and expect to learn a ton. I look forward to interaction with you folks.
After I browsing aroung a while and get the feel of the board, I will post some photos of stuff I have built.

Good to have your knowledge on board.

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
