Finally getting serious about building a new smoker after my wife made me toss my old Chargriller. After a long, half assed craigslist search, I ended up with a nice sized tank to use.

Now comes the slow process of planning and design. Looking forward to reading through all the info here.

Plenty idea's on the forum and a set of plans from smokerplans.net will make your life so much easier. Well not actually your whole life, just the part that you build smokers with.
