Gravity Feed Double Pan Smoker Plans Standard Doors 28x25 Racks is one I have my eye on. How do I find out a parts list, so I can quote materials before I buy the plans. Can I get a cut sheet for this design??? I guess this may be a little backward but hate to buy the plan if I can justify the build based on material costs.

There has been a lot of people build these rascals so I would guess you could ask them about the costs to build it.

And welcome to the crew!

Might I suggest you get the plans and then you can price out what you will need for your local area. Just getting a steel cost is nice but till you add any cut/delivery charges and add in consumables it becomes difficult to give others an accurate estimate. Most of us keep a stock laying around so usually don't count that cost but if you have to buy a 20 foot section because you need 18 inches it adds up.

Don't forget casters, latches, handles and prep/paint.

The plans are pretty awesome and even if you don't use them they give some pretty good design/concept ideas.
