Any how i got my smoker build off to a great start. Not sure how to get pics from phone to laptop. Its a 250 gallon 6 pull out racks large fire box and 7 rack warming cabinet. That is a big smoker. I’d park it in the back yard, sigh up for meat and beer delivery and never have a need to leave the house.

Glad to have you on board...and happy to help if you need it.

Welcome to the crew.

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
