Hi everyone! My name is Ryan. I live in SC and love to BBQ. Recently I was exposed to competitions and even catering. I decided to build this behemoth! Hopefully have some pics soon. I have some specific questions I will post in a subgroup.

Welcome to the crew Ryan. Ask all the questions you need answering. A few of us have build the DP. And you are right, it is a behemoth.

Glad to have you aboard! I am current building the same smoker. It is a fun and rewarding build. Behemoth is a understatement.
