Introducing myself

Post by eshaw » August 20th, 2018, 8:51 pm

Hello folks. I'm retired and just got into smoking on a very small scale. Always liked the taste of things that were smoked but never tried it myself so I thought I'd get my feet wet so to speak. I recently purchased a heater/proofer from an auction to make into a smoker. We'll see how that goes. Just stopping in to say hello.

Welcome to the crew.

Learning generally boils down to "Repetition or the avoidance of pain", some people learn by doing, some by watching and some just have to pee on the electric fence.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
