[Overspray]

Hey guys, new around these parts. I’m a professional painter by trade, and a bit handy with a welder and a grill. I figured I’d spend some time putting together a smoker or two to get into this hobby a little deeper. I take great pride in building things for myself.

I bought the double pan plans first, thinking “go big or go home”. However, I just picked up the single pan plans for my first build. The double will come shortly after that, if all goes according to plan.


Of course, in my usual fashion, I have to make stuff complicated. So I have various changes that I’d like to incorporate into my builds. Once I get going, I’ll start a thread and you guys can follow along.

The mini is quite popular and a great size for family/shop functions.

I have a feeling you are going to be popular as we all...myself included...seem to have paint questions. I’m going to be following your build and taking your recommendations!
