Hello everybody,
I'm Thomas from Belgium .....that small country between France and the Netherlands.
Wanted to build a smoker for a long time already and now the time is there. After reading , reading and more reading it was sometimes hard to make things up, but decided to go for a RF smoker. Will start a topic at the right place as I need some more advice .
