Hi from Louisiana

Just joined and looking forward to learning tips and tricks. Newly retired and now finally have some piddle time on my hands. I am setup with mig and stick welder and wanting to build my first smaller offset smoker to learn some things from. I have posted on the forum another post on what I want to start with due to what materials I have now. Recommendations would be helpful. Thanks
