I wonder how you would have done it. My little cousins are all the time whining and complaining about my smoke at home. I myself love to smoke but when i see them coughing because of my smoking habbit I don't know, something just happens to my heart and Im like what am i doing, Am i making them suffer because of smoking habbit of my own? :/

since I quit I have had a total of ONE cig. The bad part was that it didnt even taste bad, course I was drinking too.
I do partake in a copenhagen pouch ever so often. This way its just my lips that fall off and not my lungs konking out.

Right on, my last puff of tobacco was Oct 8 2010. Started in the late 90s. Looking back, glad I finally made the decision to stop, saved a lot of money and years. I can't say I'm smoke free though. I do enjoy a little bit of the wacky every great once in a while. It eats cancer, yanno.

Well guys,,,,, had a little relaps over x mas.

I not only fell off the wagon, but that sucker straight up crashed.

It straight up sucks when the wife still smokes. But no fear, they will go away again soon.

I had that monkey on my back for 26 yrs. I had a dream that I was attending a funeral of someone who had died of second hand smoke. When I looked into the casket I saw my daughter. I woke up in a soaked sweat and I haven't lit one up since. That was 7 years ago. I realize this is an older thread but I sure hope you can keep it kicked, as for me I'm patiently waiting to watch my daughter graduate college in a few years.

I smoked a pack a day, or close to it from the summer of 1982 until feb. 13 2010. I haven't had a single one since that day. I use an electronic occasionally, but it's not smoking.
I was amazed how much better I could breathe, smell and taste about 6 months after quitting. HATE the smell of them anymore too.
