Here's the deal, this is one seriously intense spatchula.

I met this guy Fri night, spent part of the day with him on Sat, and I tell ya what, he's a fantastic guy.
One of those people that you would think you have known your whole life.

this thing is awesome! it is perfect for picking up those pork butts that fall totally apart when you try to get them off the smoker, fits perfect in a clamshell for making your turn ins look perfect, and also can be used as a home defense utensil...

Just wanted to Bump this thread.

I now have three smokes on the buttula, and OMG its the stuff.
I sliced a whole brisket flat, then in one fell swoop I had the whole darn thing on the mega spatchula.

The pork butts are a breeze with this thing.

And last weekend I used it for 6 or 8 slabs that ended up over cooked and were falling apart. With this tool I was able to save all slabs, and even get a nice bark on them after they left there foil. Used it to put them back in the smoker and then remove um when they barked up.



For anyone that does not have one of these, its well worth the money.
This thing is gonna be around when I am long gone, I'm sure.

Some folks are a little gunshy when they see the price, I can honestly say that I paid full price for mine and I don't regret spending the money at all.
I actually thought about buying another just to have on hand.
