Just when I've decided I'm moving next to you!! You know, my brother wants one also...?. Those prices came right off of the invoice ,,, we need a buying coop. Then central distribution. Like Sam,s club or Costco or BJ,s... $20.00 a year membership fee to cover administrative cost and free two day shipping \:D/ Hahaha
