you got that right DC, a lot of young kids coming up don't realize you got to crawl before you walk. Tyler started out going out on jobs with me,grinding, then cutting, I always told him to think ahead and take extreme pride in what you do because your name is on everything. I was working for a contractor and he wanted to set up a welding school and wanted me to teach it on saturday's. At that time we had a lot of stainless pipe jobs and not enough heli-arc hands and I happened to be very good at it. Long story short you could not even get people to show up. I never understood that, it was free all it cost was a little time. Your right who in the world is going to do all the trade work in a few years, It beats me!!!!!!!!
