Be careful DC that stuff seems to evaporate pretty quick. Heck my jar is almost empty ... let's do a study .. send me one or two of your jars and I'll let ya know if it evaporates just as quick. Might be a long study so this might be a good time to stock up and just ship in bulk to save time and money :D Just tell the postman it's BBQ supplies :kewl: I'll post my results after I remember what the test was :homer:


If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

Harry, it has a little bit of fire water in it. problem is it tastes like apple pie water and you don't even know it has any of the fire in it.....

Everclear Apple Pie
1 1/2 gal apple cider
1/2 gal apple juice
2 cups sugar
9 cinnamon sticks
add all ingredients together in large pot and let simmer for about 2 hrs.
let cool to room temp. then add 1/5 bottle of everclear.

Apple Cider seems scarce, I might have to wait a few weeks as it seems to be seasonal down here. Either that or a whole bunch of folks are making apple pie!

$6 for a GOOD gallon of cider is very reasonable... it's the good part that's hard to find ... :)
