Post by TuscaloosaQ » December 3rd, 2012, 8:05 pm

Guys I have not been doing many cookers lately but I ain't far from busting loose again, been helping Tyler on bumpers and other fabrication so just thought i would post some pics. We are swamped with work!!!!

this is me and Tylers cooker the first on we ever built I love it, it will prolly go up for sale this spring, it performs great, we just got to finish it fold out awnings runny the full length and some other things. I did a bid cook at my familys farm for work weekend.

We caught 5 hogs in 2 days in our homemade traps

putting up building at farm my brother bought a new sawmill trying it out!!!!

a 300 pounder tyler took out with his 223 super shot mag I bought him for graduation

Now see I have not been just sitting on my bottom end... I must say though Tyler is the designer and fabricator on the bumpers. I am just a hey boy. He has built a reputation in these parts as being a master fabricator of anything made of steel and a barely 23 I think he will be just fine. he is also in business school. Wonder what kind of business he will go in????

Tell that boy to keep up the great work and the studies and I see him going whereever he wants in life! :ymapplause:

I am glad to see Tyler took up your slack while you were down! :-j

One of these days I NEED me one of them Tyler bumpers!

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

TuscaloosaQ, that is some mighty fine fabrication you got going on there, That young man has it on the ball for sure. Nice cutters on that hog. We have some up here in Ohio also but we have been trying to keep them in check. They can make short order of a corn field. Sow's are great eating, You eat the boar's? :welder:

Okay Dad this is a pick-up truck...

... and up here is what we call the "FRONT END"

... and the owner wants it to look nicer and be S-T-R-O-N-G-E-R ....

... so we're gonna build him what we call a CUSTOM BUMPER .... OKAY?

I get those lectures from my son occasionally ... :D
