Don't be shy...
a little while back on another site, a guy was flame warring me about the site... he said I had no idea whatI was talking about and "NOBODY from Texas would ever build a reverse flow smoker" much less join our site. dc and I were talking about the fact that there are starting to be a lot of folks from Texas so I thought we would try to find out.

1/4 of the roots on my family tree are from Texas.

Not that, that helps the poll any.
Just sayin.

LOL ... My tree has wide roots. French canadian on the other 1/4. Then a little german and an Indian or two way back.

I am from Texas and I build R/F cookers. :beer: :welder:
I guess that guy doesn't get out much we have one of the busiest smoker builders in the state building R/F cookers.

Thanks Frank, I am kind of the quiet type till I get wound up! And seeing my build....? Well that makes 2 of us. We are not getting to work on it nearly as much as I want to. Working at my buddies shop so it's kind of on his schedule.
