Weld that center shut, set it on a propane burner, and you're ready to cook. Just had mine fired up the other night for the wife's birthday party. Went through 1 bag of chicken tenderloins, 2 packages of sausage, about 5 pounds of hamburger, 2 packages of bacon, 6 onions, 4 bell peppers, about 6 jalapenos, 3 cans of diced tomatoes, and plenty of salt and pepper.
