Just pour BTU's into a megajule until it's full and then count them as you take them out :-B

Just trying to be helpful...

And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy. :D

I don`t know if it`s just me being as thick as two short planks nailed together or not but, dc`s chart wont do anything and another one gave a amount of mehgajoules that I did not understand!, and I`m supposed to be a gas fitter! :homer:

Denny, your disco's are awesome. I hope it isn't just the cook that makes them work so well. I will have to find out. That food looks yummy.

a few of my disco cooks

Post by Grtpain » February 18th, 2012, 12:11 pm

Here in south Texas we use the disco to cook Tripas which are beef intestines they are real long and we buy them by the case frozen and we have them cut into 6 squares are discos have 2 discs one under the other with the bottom on a screw where we can adjust up and down as the wood burns down we use mesquite as we have too much on this ranch
