Four More Disco's

The kids started making discada's like madmen this week, here are pictures of four in progress and there actually two more that would not fit on the table! I think there are going to be a LOT of Fajita's cooked here this summer. There are 2 20" and 2 22" in this photo.

WOW! - one for jambalaya, one for chili, one for torts, one for .... :D


And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy. :D

Actually turned out to be a total of six Discada's and they turned out great. Hope the kids enjoy cooking in them!! Here is a quick picture of the finished products.

what diameter is the disc that people normally use???? I just got a couple but they seem smaller to me when I get caught up I am going to make some

Hey TQ, I got access to farm equipment want me to scrounge up some discs?


If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
