Eggplant with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. And the mashed potatoes looking thing on the plate is parsnip puree.

OK, nice. I've always had the view that to put veggies on the same plate as Q was borderine sacrilegious. :D
But your plate looks very tasty.
