HELP!! Need suggestions for Tom's new Avatar and sig line (completed)

So Tom's avatar and signature line need a serious remodel...
This here is how it's gonna work....

Post your pics and signature text here and sunday night/ monday morning me and TheCzar are gonna have a meeting and we will pick the best line and pic and change Tom's stuff and lock his permissions so he can't change them. for at least 1 week.....

I have yet to meet Tom so have to assume he is a great guy. I think that someone needs to stick up for him and tell Frank that this exercise is just not very nice.

Phew....got that off my chest cause I'm not THAT someone! And now, with a clean conscience I can join the fun and start looking for a new picture....
