BbqGuru Monolith Monster Fest

Post by Pete Mazz » October 16th, 2018, 5:10 am

We cooked in the BbqGuru fest on Saturday. Chilly and rainy but it was a great time. Bbq Bob and Big Mo Cason were the celebs. Everyone used the ceramic monolith grill but I wish we could have brought our own smokers just to keep things warm. About a dozen teams were there and most offered only 2 or 3 items. We went full retard of course and had a dozen or so items  .

Here's the cook teams getting set up.

They had a DJ there so I made a lame attempt at dancing.

And you wonder why they call him Big Mo! He stopped by for a cigar and hung out for a while. Really nice guy.

Looks like you all enjoyed yourselves. Tucker looks good and you can put the name badge with all the others in the trophy room.

Seems like mostly a grill. Too small for my tastes as well.
