exactly! get your technique down first, then work on your recipe, then drop the money... if you spend $120-$180 on a single brisket then to come out right you need to win brisket category at every contest you cook....
they are amazing briskets. I would wait until you are in the top 5 or so then I would start using them maybe. technique will get you in the top 10 everytime in my opinion. recipe closes the gap, then moving to something like that
