Fredericksburg, VA BBQ Jamboree

Well we had a great showing this weekend in Fredericksburg at the BBQ Jamboree. We took 9th in ribs, 3rd in pork for an overall 4th place finish out of 67 teams. Here is a shot of our third place pork:

It was a fun cook. Next one is beginning of June hope to keep it rolling like the smoke from the cooker :--)
