HOW BIG

Post by Kingkfun007 » January 5th, 2013, 7:03 pm

Ok hers the question I have. I sold my 500 gallon propane smoker in May to a guy who enjoys it well. But I want to go bigger. The cooking chamber is going to be made out of 1000 GALLON propane tank and I adding a 500 GALLON vertical warming chamber
. Question is how big should a make the fire box???

Oh by the way, WOW, that is gonna cook some meat!
I thought mine was big. (DC- I know TWSS)

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

Are you joking right now?? I have a 500 gallon tank that I'm even debating about splitting just because of the huge factor it has!

It's the tree calculator (that will be needed to figure out how much fuel to add) that may be needed.
