Clients had made a beer and tomato based BBQ sauce to baste it with. This was a first for me as I only use apple juice cut with cider vinegar. Actually tasted great. I also burned 8 butts for another party while I cooked the pig figured if your gonna make money make twice the money lol.

what are the approx dimensions of that rack?...trying to figure out what size pig I can fit in mine...my racks are 23X48

Depending on how you position the hog I can fit a 200+lb piggy in mine. But I prefer 2smaller pigs cooked together rather than the one larger.
