I'm definitely not planning to rush it, not sure if I'll post pics someone will judge my welds even if they don't confess. So many great write ups on the build already I've read them all, but many of the tips I just won't understand until I get there. It will be fun no doubt.ajfoxy wrote: ↑July 24th, 2018, 2:06 amTreat the whole exercise as a journey. Don't rush it, enjoy the experience. Shout out if you get stuck or don't understand anything. Don't take short cuts.
And don't forget to post pics of your build while you are doing it. Nobody on this site is going to judge your welds or fabrication skills, so don't be shy with the pics.
I agree, this forum is very well behaved.ajfoxy wrote: ↑July 24th, 2018, 5:30 pmDon't be worried about people judging. This is one of the very few site's I've been to that the experts don't flame the newbie's. There's no ego trips here. If you don't understand something, ask. Nobody is going to flame you. And it will be fun, sometimes frustrating, but mostly fun... and then you get to cook on something you made... oh yeah that's gold.
